These last few vintages we find we cannot help but train our sights toward the Fino sherry-esque wines of the Jura.
There is maturity and distinction far beyond the average in the slightly aldehydic and highly textural nature of these wines, a demand to pair with food and good company and wile away the day in semi-serious contemplation. Multi-layered Carte Blanche is an inspiringly stylish blend of Chardonnay, Savagnin and Pinot Gris made for clear winter days when you can just make out summer over the horizon. This wine promises to change wildly vintage on vintage. 100% Lenswood fruit.
