Description
This gentle little gem is due to harden up with a bit of age. Currently very creamy and candied on the edges – like the luscious squirt of flavour inside a juicy chew. With time, the acidity of this wine will retain those tart textures while the Pinot Noir fruit characters round out and deepen. Cherry lollies and dried cranberries with a bit quirkiness.
