We are always up for a bit of collab at BK Wines. What better way to celebrate your shared joy for all things vinous than stretching horizons and bonding with likeminded comrades! Our latest happy mashup has brought us together with our good friends at Japanese distributor KP Orchard and Lyndon Kubis of Melbourne’s Toorak Cellars. Only 100 cases made, our Oishi (tr. ‘delicious’) Pét Nat is reflective of a place we absolutely love and long to visit again just as soon as we are able. Oishi – like Japan or like deliciousness itself – is an idea and an ideal: beautiful, exclusive, transporting, uplifting. But really, after you pull away the layers of jasmine top notes; a swift, pearly bead; soft, cascading mousse and bracing crispness, ultimately, this is just exactly what Pét Nat should be: yum.
100% Carey Gully fruit. Whole-bunch pressed to concrete ‘egg’ fermenter. Fermented until nearly dry.
